I finished classes in late Jan. and began trading in earnest in early Feb. at first I had mixed but modest results. Shortly after the first week in march I Gradually became more successful, and more aggressive as market conditions improved. I’ve made numerous trades both options and stocks at the rate of about 33 to 47 trades per quarter. Some have been Jerry’s picks from the blog, some from Jesse’s Market Trend Signal, some from Virtual Investing Club and some from my own research and charting. Since the end of that first week in March my main account value has increased by slightly over $76,000 dollars or slightly more than 298%. I will not hesitate to recommend this education to anyone interested in taking charge of their financial future. Jerry we appreciate your blog more than you know. Even though many of these trades are on my own through research and due diligence, it is because of the classes, the support, and the confidence that you provide for me and others that I would even attempt this. My biggest success story happened last night. My wife told me she was really glad that I had taken your class and I told her IT WAS WORTH EVERY DIME. Then we went inside and I pulled up my brokerage account. After seeing the account balance she said she was really, really, really glad I had taken your class. Up until mid March of this year I was just getting the feel for the trading business. I had about $2000 in my account after some success. In the middle of that month I deposited an additional $10,000 and really went to work. My most profitable option purchase to date is WAT, purchaser at market on a Mon. morning and sold three days later for about 97% return. Thanks for the teaching and mentor that you have been to me. I have been a trader for a long time. First in commodities and a commodities broker for Merrill Lynch. Then I tried trading stocks, sometimes with success and other times with no success. I had what I thought was a good background in options. I knew well all the Greeks and had even sold an option analysis software package to brokers and market makers in New York and Chicago. I want to thank you for sharing your experience and expertise. I know that we are in what I think is the beginning of a new bull market and this is the time to make money in the markets but with my limited capital I have never experienced anything like the last couple of weeks. I have traded more options than I have ever traded and when you make a decision based on an ABC pattern it is great. My first successful option trade since I started with your help and instruction was with STAR. I purchased a call option for 1.60 and sold it for 5.10. I’m now in a couple of energy options that have really appreciated but have not quite yet reached my objective. I have never in my trading experience had a day when my portfolio and account has grown by more than 10% in a single day, today has been such a day. I wrote you last week about a purchase of HK options in my real money account. I bought the April 15 options. I saw that I had a $850 profit for the day and took it, I think I fell victim to amateur hour. I was trying to enter a trailing stop but was not confident in exactly how to do that and didn’t want to lose. I will chalk it up to experience.

As I mentioned to you on the phone I have already executed a trade based on information received from your company. It was an ETF trade involving silver. The recommendation was to purchase an in the money call for $2.00 instead of buying the calls I bought 500 shares of the fund for $11.89. Then two days ago I received an email to cover the calls. I elected not to sell the shares but to sell call options and was able to execute the sale of 5 Call options at $4.30 locking in a good return. Because I believe silver will go higher my plan is to cover and buy the calls back when the chart looks like it has pulled back to a buy area again. If I had followed the instruction to buy call options I would have more than doubled my investment. I’m still very happy with this trade.

Yesterday morning I bought 6 contracts of the August 22.5 calls on ARO for 1.12 per contract. Earnings were announced and the stock was up about 7% in after hours trading. The price gapped the next day on the open and I sold 3 contracts for 2.40. I later sold the remaining 3 contracts for 2.30. This trade netted me over 100% in one day. I also bought 1 contract of the August 17.5calls on BEBE for 1.35. The stock gapped up strongly in the morning and sold for 4.10 realizing roughly a 200% gain overnight. Again, thanks for all your help over the last year and a half. The course you guys put together is really great and you did an excellent job teaching.

In July I bought 40 OEX Oct 480 (OXB JB) at a debit of $2.50 to open. I sold it for a net credit of $13.10 a net of $42,000 before commissions. On August 6, I bought 40 (OXB C) Oct 480 for $7.00 to open. Two days later I sold if for $15.00, a net of $32,000! Before I took your mentoring program I had lost $200,000 in my previous stock trading. Since then I have not lost a penny from options trading.

With options I can put at risk a small amount of money, then sit back and wait for a breakout to occur and not worry about when it will occur, as long as it happens within the time-frame of the option contract. I targeted two stocks in August that looked to me like they might break out. I purchased an August 18th call option for FWHT with a strike price of 22.50 at an average price of $0.96/share. I sold them yesterday at $4.30/share for a 345% return in 21 days. The profit I earned was $11,500 after commissions. This was my first trade, so after one trade, needless to say, I paid for the course materials and the mentoring program. My second option position is with LEND and it is also in the money and is up 750% as of right now. Of course things can change quickly, but right now it’s up $5,500. Anyway, I will write to you when I close out this second position too. I wanted to say thank you for your mentoring, and feel free to share this success story with your co-workers and students, etc.

Just wanted to say thanks for the Mentoring. I missed the live version of lessons 7 and 8 but I have listened to both recordings as well as all other recording. I found the lessons very helpful and thought you were an excellent teacher. I started trading after the second lesson. I did not trade all my picks with real money. I did some paper trades as well. My paper trades did better than my actual trades but I just calculated my total gains for the two month period from Nov. 15 to Jan. 15th. My net gain was $6500 using my $50,000 account.
